We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Ville Hotel - Hamilton. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our inquiries were promptly addressed. Despite the smaller room size, the air-conditioning was effective and the room stayed cool. We also enjoyed a delicious and satisfying breakfast. The attention to detail, like the personalized service in the café, made our stay enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and great location.

Great location near train and bus stops, spacious room with balcony, clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious coffee shop attached. Food court nearby. Definitely coming back for the value.

I recently had a stay at a hotel that offered great value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the location, as it was close to the train station and made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided good service, and the basic amenities in the room were sufficient. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having a balcony in some of the rooms, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
Despite these positives, there was one area that could be improved upon. However, it was a minor issue and didn't overshadow my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The double bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were both professional and friendly, making us feel welcome and taken care of. Despite our limited English skills, the staff were patient and took their time to communicate with us. They even helped us with ordering transportation to the airport, greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was within walking distance to the nearest MRT station and there were plenty of buses available for exploring other areas. there were a lot of food options nearby, making it easy to find something to eat.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the MRT station and within walking distance of various establishments. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, providing efficient service throughout the stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with cozy and comfortable beds. complimentary coffee and tea are provided in certain room types for a pleasant stay.
The wifi connection can be unreliable and slow, making it difficult to use the internet effectively.
